Returns and Replacements
- We do not accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective due to manufacturing. If you receive a defective product and wish to return your product, please contact us with details of the product and the issues via one of the following options:
- If you are unhappy with your product and wish to request a replacement or adjustment to your product, please contact us via phone or email. We do not guarantee that replacements or adjustments will be made.

- Postage and handling costs are not refundable, and additional shipping and handling costs will be incurred in sending the replaced item.
- Upon receipt of the product, we will examine the product and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund based on your request. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the product purchase price.
- Products will only be accepted for replacement or refund providing they are returned in their original and unused state and within 7 days of purchase. This is a protection in place for you as well as the health of our team due to the occupational safety, health, and environment act.
- We do not accept cancellations once payment has been made.
- If you have completed an order, not made payment, and would like to cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order if you have not made payment within 7 days of making your order.
- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
- Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
